Who We Are
ConsoleCore Training was founded by Morrissa Ahl-Moyer, who brings more than 20 years of experience in 911 and public safety to the classroom. From working the console to training telecommunicators and leading public safety programs, she knows the pressures, personalities, and decisions that shape this work.
Our classes tackle the things people actually face on shift: communication, accountability, training challenges, trauma, and finding a place to grow in the profession. Expect honest conversation, practical takeaways, and enough humor to make the hard topics easier to talk about.

Community
ConsoleCore
is a proud supporter
of the 911 Chaplain Initiative, a mission-driven nonprofit making a difference in our community.
Unmuted: A Dispatcher Community is a place for 911 professionals to connect with people who understand the job—and the person behind the headset. We share stories, ask questions, laugh about the everyday chaos, and make room for honest conversations about work and life outside the center.
Whether you’re new to dispatch, years into your career, or finding your next chapter, you’re welcome here. Come as you are, join the conversation, and know you don’t have to do this alone.
