Welcome to ConsoleCore Training—where we focus on strengthening the core of public safety communications.
Our mission is to provide specialized, high-impact continuing education that reinforces the foundational skills every dispatcher and Certified Training Officer (CTO) needs to succeed in today’s demanding environments.
At ConsoleCore, we believe professional growth begins with mastering the basics. Our programs are built around the essential functions of emergency communications—emphasizing clear communication, sound decision-making, and effective coordination during emergencies and critical incidents. For CTOs, we offer practical tools and strategies to strengthen training delivery, mentor development, and trainee evaluation.
ConsoleCore was founded by a dispatcher with over 20 years of experience who continues to work in emergency communications. That ongoing connection to the console ensures our training is grounded in real-world operations—not outdated practices or abstract theory.
Drawing from experience at both state and national levels, ConsoleCore courses bridge the gap between daily challenges and evidence-based solutions. Every class is designed to be current, credible, and immediately applicable in the communications center.
